What you'll do
- Design and build agentic workflows: orchestrator and worker agents, tool use, planning, and handoffs
- Build on the Azure AI stack: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agent Framework
- Own extraction and matching accuracy across PDFs, scans, XML e-invoices, and email
- Build evaluation suites, error analysis, and guardrails so every agent decision is measurable and explainable
- Ship weekly with a small, senior team, on real customer invoices
Who you are
- 4+ years building production software, 2+ shipping LLM-powered systems
- Hands-on with multi-agent orchestration patterns and frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or AutoGen
- Real experience deploying AI workloads on Azure, from AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to identity, networking, and cost
- You measure before you claim: evals, baselines, and honest error analysis
- Bonus: document AI, OCR, RAG at scale, or finance domain experience
